Middleton is an up-and-coming suburban town with a relaxed and youthful vibe. One of Middleton’s biggest draws is its newer homes, priced considerably less than towns to the south. Middleton also hosts plenty of shops and restaurants, a highly-ranked school district, and outdoor recreation, such as Harold Parker State Forest. Much of Middleton is close to Route 1, Route 95, and Lynnfield’s Market Street Stores. Given Middleton's convenient North Shore location, it's easy for residents to dash off to explore nearby coastal towns like Newburyport and Manchester, or jump on the highway and head into Boston, NH, or Maine for a quick getaway.

Middleton also has a growing food scene, with restaurants such as Teresa's Italian Eatery, &  Maggies Farm. There is alsoBlue Fin Japanese Restaurant, for fresh sushi, sashimi, tempura, and teriyaki. Don’t forget to stop by local favorite Richardson’s Ice Cream for a sweet treat. This old-fashioned working dairy farm has some of the best ice cream around. After ice cream, take the kids Next door to Golf Country for a fun miniature-golf adventure. 


Shoppers can also conveniently find chain stores T.J. Maxx, Market Basket, Starbucks, and lots of other retail stores.

Middleton is home to the recently revitalized Ferncroft Country Club, which offers a world-class golf course and lots of housing options in and around the club. As one of the finest golf and country clubs in Massachusetts, Ferncroft Country Club has tennis courts, a swimming pool, a fully-equipped fitness center, and a lavish clubhouse for members. 

Not far from Ferncroft Country Club lies CoCo Keys Water Park. This premier water park boasts several swimming pools, multiple water slides, and an onsite arcade.
